General Information

Transcription and Chromatin UK brings together the rich transcription and chromatin community in the UK and leading experts from abroad. All aspects of transcription in multiple model organism will be featured including cis-regulatory function, long range regulation, 3-dimensional looping, chromatin dysregulation in disease, DNA and chromatin modifications, non-coding RNA chromatin regulation, chromatin metabolism and RNA polymerase mechanics.

Most talks will be selected from abstracts that are interspersed with invited speakers, discussing the latest breakthroughs in transcriptional regulation. The meeting is also organised such that discussion and interaction is promoted during talks and poster sessions. This is a ‘must’ attend for anyone, particularly early-career researchers, interested in cutting edge research in transcription and chromatin.
