Royal Society of Biology laboratory skills training
General Information
To support the career development of technicians and laboratory staff, the Royal Society of Biology launched the Technical Skills Certificate alongside a portfolio of in-person and online courses in laboratory skills. Currently available to book are Zoom-based courses in Leadership in a Laboratory Environment on 1st November and Laboratory Health & Safety (& COSHH) on 13th December. As the Genetics Society is a member organisation, Genetics Society members are eligible for a 25% discount on all training. All that our members need to do to claim this discount is email training@rsb.org.uk with details of the Genetics Society membership and RSB can apply the discount.
