Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this conference will take place virtually.
EMGM focusses on key areas of statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology: population genetics, complex trait genetics, causal inference, trait prediction and personalised health, omics (as biomarkers), imputation / fine-mapping / rare variants, gene-, tissue- and pathway-enrichment, family-based data, multi-trait methods, etc.
A one-day workshop will be given by Jack Bowden April 15th on Mendelian randomisation, presenting the theory and accompanied by practical exercises, from the basic concepts of causality to state-of-the-art methods.
