Constitution and Byelaws

The Constitution of the society was first adopted on the 22nd March, 2002, with subsequent amendments approved by the Annual General Meetings of 30th March 2006 and 30th March 2007, and the Charity Commission. Most recently, ammendments were approved at an Annual General Meeting held on 17th November 2022.
The Genetics Society Byelaws were most recently amended in November 2022.
